From the Jura to the Corbières

After Domaine des Deux Ânes, Dominique began Dom & Terre in 2017. The work continues a long-standing commitment to organic farming.

Around the Orbieu

The Lagrasse plots include limestone alluvial soils near the river. Roussanne and marsanne produce whites, while other varieties go into reds and rosés.

Hand harvesting and natural fermentation

The estate’s information describes hand picking, native yeasts and ageing adapted to each wine. Some wines avoid sulphur, while others may receive a small addition when needed.

Reading each wine separately

En Duo combines marsanne and roussanne. En Solo, Origine, Corps à Corps and Troublant complete the range. Grape varieties and winemaking should be checked bottle by bottle.
